摘要: 脱硫醇是液化石油气精制处理的重要组成部分,该专有技术已经形成较为完善的工艺处理理论体系。从脱硫醇系统、碱液催化氧化再生系统、尾气处理方法与技术、废碱液处理等方面介绍了液化石油气脱硫醇研究的4大方向,从物质的结构、物理特性、化学反应特性、工艺原理、工艺流程、专利技术和方法等方面阐述了液化石油气脱硫醇工艺技术的研究成果,并探讨了该技术未来发展的方向和思路

Abstract: Mercaptan removal is an important part of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) refining process, and a relatively perfect theoretical system has been formed for its proprietary technology. The four research directions of mercaptan removal for LPG are introduced from the aspects of mercaptan removal system, caustic catalytic oxidation regeneration system, tail gas treatment methods and technologies and waste caustic treatment, the research achievements of mercaptan removal for LPG are introduced from the aspects of material structure,physical properties, chemical reaction characteristics, process principle, technological process and patent technology and methods, and the direction and ideas of its future development are discussed.
